We do not offer returns or refunds, however we will exchange any product that is damaged or defective at the seller's discretion. No credit will be issued for returned items. Please ensure items show no signs of use.

Purchases may be exchanged up to 14 days from the purchase date in the original unopened packaging, at the customer's shipping expense.

The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Terre Bleu does not guarantee that the item will be received.
